VIT D HIT AT HOME

We get most of our Vit D from sunlight, which is why our intake fluctuates throughout the year. Wintertime is when our levels are at their lowest, given the absence of sunlight and the longer, darker evenings. But we have the solution! By putting your mushrooms in the sunshine for as little as 15 minutes you’ll get your daily Vit D hit, as the sunlight enriches the mushrooms with all the vitamin D goodness. Mushrooms really are the gift that keeps on giving!
